Shipping Options

Most of our items are shipped within the specified time listed on the product page, i.e. "Expected to ship x business days after purchase". We ask that you check this information carefully before placing the order, if you need your item before certain dates. If not specified, items will ship within 2 business days of purchase. Items that are made to order typically take a bit longer to ship, from 8 to 15 business days depending on the manufacturer. This is also specified on the product page, above the "Made to Order" button.

If you are a member shipping within continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories, standard shipping is always free to you. If you are not a member or are shipping outside the United States, please reference the table below for shipping options:

Duties & Taxes

How duties, taxes and other customs fees are treated is dependent on what country you are shipping to. You can choose to prepay at checkout or pay upon delivery. 

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and are added to your order total in the shopping cart. 

This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes:

  1. The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from the U.S. and
  2. Duties charged for processing by your country.

In some cases you will see “Fees” listed along with duties and taxes when selecting to prepay at checkout. Additional fees, when applicable, may include customs clearance fees, dangerous goods fee, remote area surcharge, high value goods clearance, broker clearance, among others.

Few Moda guarantees you will not be required to pay any additional cost on delivery when you prepay these fees at checkout, by selecting to prepay duties and taxes at checkout.

If an order is refused by a customer due to custom fees, the parcel will be held for 2 weeks and then be abandoned if these fees are not paid in this time.  Few Moda is not responsible for the handling of an abandoned order.

Refused Shipments

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact customerservice@fewmoda.com so we can get you sorted.

If you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization from us, you’ll be responsible for all shipping charges.
